Booking terms

These conditions apply to bookings made directly with Hôtel La Suite. The stay is contracted with SARL « … LA SUITE », 65-67 rue de la République, 30400 Villeneuve-lès-Avignon — see the “Legal notice” page. Where they differ, the condition shown at the time of booking prevails.

Prices — Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. What the price covers, and the tourist tax collected on behalf of the town, are stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation, outside the Festival — For a stay from 13 May to 3 July or from 1 August to 4 October, cancellation is free until five days before the arrival date. Less than five days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is charged.

Cancellation during the Avignon Festival — For a stay from 4 to 31 July, cancellation is free until twenty days before the arrival date. Less than twenty days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is charged.

No-show — A stay neither cancelled nor taken up is charged in full.

Arrival and departure — Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. Tell the house if you are arriving late: reception will explain what to do.

No right of withdrawal — Accommodation supplied on a specific date is exempt from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal (article L.221-28, 12° of the French consumer code). A confirmed booking therefore commits you under the cancellation conditions above.
